Selling your Home - Resale Certification - The HOA must provide a resale certificate for all homes sold in Rocklege to be in accordance with the requirement of Section 5407 of the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act. A resale certifiate must be requested by the homeowners, realtor, or attorney.

Selling your Home - Overhead Garage Doors - Deteriorated or damaged garge doors must be replaced before the home is sold.

Exterior Siding - It is the responsibility of all homeowners to keep the siding of their homes clean to prevent unsightly mold and mildew.

Rules and Regulations - With every home sale, a package of Rockledge documents is given to the buyers. These documents provide you information on the corporation and also educate you on our Rules and Regulations, policies, and financial information. Copies are also available at the office.

Water and Electric Insurance - Homeowners do not need insurance for the care and maintenance of outside utility lines, as these are the responsiblity of Rockledge, not the homeowner.

Home Improvements Requirements - A modification form must be completed for any improvements you are making to the outside of your home, including: installation of new windows, enclosing a patio or adding on or changing a sunroom or its windows.

Tenant Registration - All homeowners who rent their homes are required to send a copy of the Landlord/Tenant Information Sheet and a copy of the Lease Addendum to the Rockledge Office within 15 days of the starting date of the lease agreement.

Snow Shoveling - All sidewalks must be shoveled by the homeowners/tenants if snowfall received is under 3 inches
