The Rockledge Townhome development, built in 1985, consists of 565 townhomes in 4 neighborhoods: three in Londonderry Township in Lebanon County (Barrington, Cambridge and Coventry), and one (Wexford) in Derry Township in Dauphin County.

Four model floor plans were used in constructing the townhomes, and can be seen at the links below:

• The Andover – 1723 sq ft
• The Hampton – 1441 sq ft
• The Lexington – 1307 sq ft
• The Nantucket – 1200 sq ft
